Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, in order to deliver the site and protect it against attacks. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cloudflare may process data outside the EU. It is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Visitor statistics

We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not use your IP address to identify you and does not follow you across websites. We only see totals, such as the pages viewed, the referring website, the country and the type of device. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Booking a call

The booking page embeds the scheduler of Cal.com, Inc. (USA). When you open that page, your browser connects to Cal.com. If you book a call, Cal.com processes the details you enter (name, email address, any note and the chosen time) on our behalf and sends confirmations and reminders. The video call runs on Cal Video, part of Cal.com.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is transferred to the USA on the basis of appropriate safeguards under Art. 46 GDPR, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Email

If you write to us, we use your email address and message to reply. Our mailbox is provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gmail). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for enquiries about our services, otherwise our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Settings stored in your browser

The site saves your choice of language and colour theme in your browser (local storage) so that it can remember them. This data stays on your device and is not sent to us. We use no cookies for tracking or advertising, which is why there is no cookie banner.

Fonts and external links

Fonts are served from our own website, so no data goes to Google Fonts. Links to other websites (for example YouTube or our demos) only connect you to them when you click; their own privacy policies apply there.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiries and booking details for as long as we need them to handle your request and any work that follows, and longer only where the law requires it (for example accounting records). Cloudflare deletes server logs after a short period.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Write to us at [email protected]. We do not sell personal data and make no automated decisions about you.

You can also complain to a supervisory authority: in Slovakia the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava, dataprotection.gov.sk), or the authority where you live or work.
